Tekken 7 gets a dose of Pro-Wrestling with NJPW partnership
Bandai Namco has added some more pro-wrestling flavor to Tekken. There will be some New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) custom items for players to put on their favorite characters in Tekken 7: Fated Retribution.
As seen in the game trailer below, you can now add a Bullet Club or Chaos t-shirt to characters such as Bryan and Nina.
Expect to see more NJPW related custom items in Tekken 7: Fate Retribution thanks to the deal inked between Bandai Namco and NJPW.
Tekken 7 will also make it RAIN as King, one of its famous characters, is set to have an alternate special move called the ‘Rainmaker’ which is inspired by the current IWGP Heavyweight Champion, Kauchika Okada. King will also get an Okada-inspired ring gear skin for the game.
Tekken 7 will be released for the PS4, Xbox One and the PC on the 1st Quarter of 2017.
