Tekken fans and puroreso fans, unite!

In continuation of New Japan Pro-Wrestling and Tekken 7’s partnership, Namco’s Tekken 7 now the official sponsor for NJPW Best of the Super Juniors 24. The Best of Super Juniors is NJPW’s annual tournament pitting the world’s best junior heavyweights in a round robin style tournament that divides them in two blocks. Two wrestlers who are the top point earners of each block would then advance in a single-elimination tournament, with one winner emerging as the year’s Best of Super Juniors.

This is NOT the first time the Tekken video game franchise has been an official sponsor for a Professional Wrestling event. Back in 2005, Tekken 5 was a sponsor for WWE Backlash 2005.
